How much does The MOD spend on legal fees ?
More deaths, more inquests but antique aircraft are still safe to fly and the Government is doing a wonderful job of supporting fighting forces - within the limits of allocated budgets of course - while £2.3 billion is being spent on refurbishing the MOD’s Whitehall offices.

Report on latest inquest where the MOD will, I’m sure, be well represented.

I saw the Independent’s report “The cruellest sacrifice: Revealed: 88 casualties of MoD’s failures” and was gobsmacked at this excerpt :
“In his case the MoD maintained it could not be said who shot him as Canadian hunting rifles also use that calibre.”
