The first edition of the (dead trees) London Evening Standard had quite some headline for the Israeli elections :

“Israelis go to polls to choose between three warmongers.”

I admit to being rather gobsmacked.
The headline has now been changed (in the online edition anyway) to :

“Israelis go to the polls in tight election race.”

with a sub-heading of:

“Commentary: Israelis go to polls to choose between three hawks”

The Daily Mail has taken ‘backing Boris’ to extremes by selling its sister title, The London Evening Standard, to Alexander Lebedev, a former KGB agent and IMMIGRANT for NEXT TO NOTHING!

And the paper will SHARE FACILITIES with a company that has been a BRITISH INSTITUTION for DECADES!

How will the Daily Mail report it?

The poor guys could be facing a hefty fine for not updating details on his their ID Card.

Well I said the last one was work in progress. I liked the concept of the city hall as armour but I reckon this one could remain in progress for some time unless I start from scratch. Needs more work, caricature included but I reckon I’ll leave that for some other time.
