I’m away for a few days and hurriedly packing, so excuse this repost from January.
If you remember, it was then that Harriet Harman was proposing to exempt MPs’ expenses from the freedom of information act.
Next week, I intend to start on a new video but not to ignore creating the odd still image while producing it.
A bunch of links for those still visiting and enduring the erratic posting of late:
BBC and Sky reporting Jacqui Smith told Gordon Brown she wanted to stand down.
You can see one of her final performances in my ‘Make Government Poverty History‘ video on YouTube. (Hopefully – as Youtube still seems extremely slow to connect since its problems with routing connections the other week. I’ve tried using 2 isps and have the same intermittent problems.)
Update : After watching the original with headphones on, I realised the sound was a bit dodgy, so I’ve created a new version which now appears below. (I assume the noise of the PC fan masked the dodgy sound when I created the first version.) I’ll leave the first one in place for those who have embedded it.
Excuse the lack of Tories in the video. There was a dearth of suitable source material, which essentially means that there wasn’t much video available where a Tory kept his or her gob shut. For this same reason, John Prescott does not appear.
‘You can go but be back soon, You can go but bring back plenty..’
Slightly longer than ‘pick a pocket’ at one minute. Click the HQ button (which appears after you press the play button) for much better quality video.
Hmmm. A property game where the winner owns the greatest number of houses as long as he sticks to his own rules.
Good old Geoff Hoon. You can rely on him to make his own property empire priority number one while there’s a war on and there are body bags to order. What a guy.
Yup, it’s that time of year again – A Monopoly analogy.
If you run a non-commercial site and place an active link to this blog (http://www.bbdo.co.uk/blog - not the individual post) ADJACENT TO THE IMAGE and credit 'Beau Bo D'Or', you are welcome to use the images I create - with the exception of those I do on a commercial basis for Channel 4 News or any 3rd party. Please no bulletin boards that require registration. Definitely no Daily Mail which seems keen to nick my images without credit or payment.
