John McCain’s speechwriters become a bit more daring in their attempts to rescue the liberals and younger voters.
GC’s voice upped in pitch a tad. A bit rough but my trial versions of nearly every commercial video editor available have expired 
(although virtualdub (freeware) was pretty handy to get this far.)
If I find another editor, I may stop JMcC’s gob for the second or so that George Carlin pauses.
