While searching for other images in a picture library I use, I came across this classic image that I just had to tweak.
Of course, I’ve done the Donation Street gag before but I had to repeat it when I saw this image.
All I have changed is the wording on the Downing Street sign.

I haven’t done this for a paper or a website so I can’t offset the fee I pay to the image library but I think it’s worth every penny.

If any newspaper editor wants to know the source of the original image, please get in touch. I reckon it’s a gem without any retouching but I just couldn’t stop myself.

I’m sure everyone in The U.K. remembers The Sweeney and the cast but just in case you don’t remember Van Der Valk, the guy on the far right is Barry Foster who played the lead role in the detective series based in Amsterdam.
