btw – I’ve been contacted by my T-Shirt shop, Spreadshirt, saying that they didn’t think their turnaround was quick enough from 22nd May to 23rd June and they want to give a £15 voucher to those customers that bought from the OLD shop between those dates.
However, this would mean them adding the customers to their mailing list which they’ll only do if I give the OK.
Can those who bought a shirt between the two dates. (a few Thorahirds Are Go and a couple of Hot Wash, Red Socks) let me know if they want me to do this.
If I hear nothing, I won’t authorise adding you to their list.
(I don’t see any customer data – addresses, emails etc.)
Here’s an extract from the email :
“For this reason, all customers who ordered on our platform during our period of slowness will receive a £15 gift voucher. Our aim is to invite them to try our service once more with one difference – this time we will not only impress and convince them of our product quality, but also our production speed.
Of course, it is for you to decide if we (the platform provider) are allowed to contact your customers. We are therefore asking for your agreement by writing you this e-mail. If you feel your customers would like to be contacted by us, simply reply to this e-mail within the next 7 days and we will add your customers to our mailing list.”
