A mate of mine has emailed asking me to let folks know about the Alternative Press Fair at St Aloysius Social Club on Saturday 13th February.

12 pm – midnight (FREE)
A day of zines, comix, poetry, radical literature, printmaking and anything else self-published! Then from 6pm there will be a birthday party to celebrate our 1st year – with music, spoken work, DJ’s and open mic.”

An acquaintance of mine and his mate have organized an alternative press fair on Sunday 1st February.
Location – St. Aloysius Social Centre on Eversholt Street (near Euston Station), time – 12pm to 6pm.
26 tables worth of comics, zines, artbooks, film criticism books, etc., all self-published, independent stuff.
Afterwards there’s an Open Mic session, including Trent Miller & The Skeleton Jive which I believe goes on into the evening.
