Eric and Ernie’s faces were ‘painted’ using vectors as was the girl in the testcard although using a different method.
The latter method involved thousands of 12×12 pixel squares which created a grid which I then individually assigned the matching colour.
Yes, I could have run the original image through a series of filters but then that would be cheating and I would have no backup files to show I had created the image from scratch.
At the risk of being presumptuous, if you like it, click on the image to see it much larger.

Here’s last week’s Channel 4 image, yet another of the Stalin pisstakes that were common on the web and in traditional media last week.
I think it has a bit of a twist that makes it a fair bit stronger than just a ‘headswap’, but you may not agree and think it just ‘more of the same’.
As you may be aware, I post the Channel 4 link to the image on the day it appears and then the actual image one week after.
I’ll link to today’s image as soon as it goes live on the Channel 4 Newsroom blog.

Any non-commercial site is welcome to use it.
(The lawyers for EMAP’s Zoo magazine still maintain I have not furnished enough proof that I created the original version which the top shelf mag for those of Jimmy Krankie stature ran last year.)
To mark the 4th anniversary of the current Iraq War, an animation I created years ago.
