I delay posting the images I do for other sites on my blog but most will eventually appear here.
Here’s the first image I did for Channel 4 News the other week.
It seems that Tessa Jowell is going to have a tough time today when she is questioned by the Commons culture, media and sport committee over rising costs of The Olympics.
These costs include VAT which was mysteriously missing in the calculations when London made its bid.
I plead guilty of failing to purchase any of Kate Rusby’s music since I first heard her.
Failing to acknowledge the talent of this lady, her husband, John McCusker and their fellow musicians is, I admit, a heinous crime.
I sentence myself to life (starting tomorrow and no parole) purchasing every scrap of their work I can find.
btw - watch out for a bit of static immediately after the song finishes !
It’s been a while since I posted a new picture.
The reason? - I’ve been a bit busy sorting out a couple of things for other sites.
Hopefully, tomorrow, I’ll be able to link to a couple of new pictures that I’ve just finished.
I had done a quickie about Des O’Connor taking over the reins at the Channel 4 programme Countdown but I don’t think the execution is up to scratch.
I liked the concept - Des, a frequent guest (and target) on the Morecambe and Wise show, taking over a programme that relies on using all the right letters but not necessarily in the right order (a la M&W/Andre Previn sketch - only it was notes, not letters.)
In the meantime, here’s an oldie (and not political !) that hasn’t appeared on the blog before :
If you run a non-commercial site, link back to this blog (not the individual post) and credit 'Beau Bo D'Or', you are welcome to use the images I create - with the exception of those I do for Channel 4 News or any 3rd party.
Please no bulletin boards that require registration.
Definitely no Daily Mail who seem keen to nick my images.
