A bit of an old one here but you can read about the travels, or is it travails, of Boris Johnson here on Dave Hill’s blog.
Charlie Brooker covers most of it here.
I thought the BBC was bad (no pun intended) but I reckon Sky’s abysmal wall-to-off-the-wall coverage must make even their journalists red-faced. Highlights included what the Wimbledon players thought of Michael Jackson’s death.
A short-term gain in ratings made while sacrificing long-term credibility.
BTW – I may have to rebuild/fix main computer this week and/or next. Posting may be even more erratic than recently.
Full story over at Liberal Conspiracy and the real video can be seen at Don’t Panic Online.
Proper video shenanigans soon and a few pics before that – although I must admit to being a bit slow to get off the mark since returning from my long weekend.
Just back from Scotland yesterday and will start working in earnest tomorrow.
To pass the time, why not try the MPs’ Expenses Crossword. Don’t scroll too far down as the answers are posted below the clues.
If you run a non-commercial site and place an active link to this blog (http://www.bbdo.co.uk/blog - not the individual post) ADJACENT TO THE IMAGE and credit 'Beau Bo D'Or', you are welcome to use the images I create - with the exception of those I do on a commercial basis for Channel 4 News or any 3rd party. Please no bulletin boards that require registration. Definitely no Daily Mail which seems keen to nick my images without credit or payment.
