		<description>Sadly, although it's a genuine Boris quote (from a 2003 Spectator leader) he was using it as a straw man to attack anti-Bush demonstrators who held such views as nasty, ungrateful and infantile, using the usual right-wing talking points.

He's changed his mind a few times since then, but there's this for an alternative view, from 2004:

"Bush has at least this merit: that he has cut taxes and had the guts to remove two murderous regimes."

Of course, back then the Iraqi dead was only in six figures or so and the US deficit wasn't quite so enormous, so we can forgive the lovable floppy haired fellow a few indiscretions...</description>
