If we are going to reform the House of Lords let's make a proper job of it.100 elected members.Elections to take place half way through the parliamentary term. 4.why do we need 600+ MPs.Lets reduce the number of MPs to 250-400. 5 Any MP found cheating or fiddling his expenses should automatically be sacked.Lets have some copmmon sense in Government.
