One Response to “Parliamentary Expense Factor”
  1. Ben Lyons says:

The latest prop[osal to pay MP’s mortgages and council tax for second homes I totally agree with ON THE PROVISO tha when they loose their seat or leave Parliament their second home is sold and any profit made is given back to the Tax Payer who have bought the house.
2.Any pay rise voted in by MPs should automatically be given. But to pay for the pay rise we should have productivity.ie For every percentage point above the rate of inflation 7 MPs should be payed off.(7 MPs = 1% of their number).
    3. If we are going to reform the House of Lords let’s make a proper job of it.100 elected members.Elections to take place half way through the parliamentary term.
4.why do we need 600+ MPs.Lets reduce the number of MPs to 250-400.
5 Any MP found cheating or fiddling his expenses should automatically be sacked.Lets have some copmmon sense in Government.
