The Mainly Dale, freshly briefed by his hosts from his recent trip to Israel, has come out 100% for Israel’s actions, publishing many of the points from Conservative Friends of Israel’s briefing.
He thinks “it’s a shame” that William Hague, amongst other things, deeply regretted the loss of civilian life in Gaza and that Hague called on the Israeli government to show restraint.
It’s all kicking off in the comments.
Next week – Iain Dale gets a freebie from Easyjet, The Mainly Dale changes colour scheme to orange in appreciation and campaigns for the airline to use thousands of unemployed laid side by side as mobile runways.

Since Iain has become such an apologist for a state born out of a successful terrorist campaign against the British Army I’m looking forward to his membership of Conservative Friends of the IRA
I fail to understand the reply of “boy of the old bridage”: do you oppose the ‘terrorist’ actions of the jews agains Britain in Palestine 60 years ago?
if so, you should oppose -with same logic – the terrorist attacks of Hammas agains Israel.
And note: The jews acted agains soldiers. Hammas acts agains civilians.
Yes, because bombing a civilian restaurant is the best way to target the military. In much the same way that bombing a university and TV station is the best was to target terrorists, in fact.
Best WAY. Grr.
